Katriel Holloway is the Principal Consultant at Holloway Media Group.
She has more than 20 years of experience in Adult Learning and Development as a Client Relations Manager, Training Manager, Instructional Designer/Curriculum Developer, Trainer/Facilitator evaluating and measuring training and learning programs.  Katriel is gifted with great presentation skills sensitive to global preferences and abilities to operate with business acumen providing blended learning technologies that improve on the job performance.

Her experience, expertise, and passions include:  Human Performance Improvement, Instructional Design, Training Delivery, Evaluating Learning, Learning Techniques/Technologies, Managing Learning Programs, Coaching, Knowledge Management, Change Management and Leadership Management Training.

Over the past two decades Katriel has trained and consulted within the following industries:   Pharmaceutical, Financial, Insurance, Local and State Government, Universities, Telecommunications, Foods and Services, Consulting Groups and Airlines/Transportation.

In 2016 Katriel earned the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance® credential from ATD CI (the Association for Talent Development Certification Institute), formerly ASTD CI. Earning the CPLP certification means Katriel Holloway, CPLP possesses the knowledge and skills to be a top performer in the talent development field.
